No more special days...

It's our anniversary...34 years.
The years passed by so slowly...in a flash
A step daughter, 2 children, Addiction, Alienation, Reunions, Retirement, Cancer, Past, Future, Present
Weddings, Death, Birth,War, Peace, Happiness, Grief...
It is a moment of our greatest content...a lovely home (almost), happy children (almost), enough money (not quite), good health (who knows?)

Valentines in the Everglades

Well, it's Valentines day in exile. Pot lock tonight at the campground was all over by 6:30...need to get the old folks in bed by 8
No problem receiving flowers in the sunshine state. Vendors were selling flowers on every street corner.
The news from home was snowy and cold which is why we are here...
